背景介绍： “葫芦顶社区”起源可追溯到2008年. 当时的Facebook刚兴起, 机缘巧合之下, 我们就创建了一个社群(Group), 旨在为村庄的居民提供一个交流的平台. 初始的想法是帮助习惯传统生活方式的村民, 尤其是一些刚刚开始接触互联网和Facebook年长的村民, 逐渐适应并接受数字时代的便利. 我们通过日常分享多样化的内容, 让村民们能够轻松获取信息, 同时促进他们对互联网的接纳和使用. 随着社群成员的增加, 我们进一步扩展了平台的功能, 创建了一个主页(Facebook Page). 在那里, 我们也会定期发布各种信息, 旨在为那些远离家乡的游子提供一个心灵的慰藉. 作为一名海外游子, 我深知思乡之情的重量. 因此, 这个主页的创建也是为了让像我一样的人感到温暖和连接。

网站成立： 2024年，我们正式建立了”葫芦顶网站”，这是我们社区在线存在的一个新里程碑，旨在更广泛地连接和服务于我们的社区成员，无论他们身在何处。

核心理念与目标： 我们的核心理念是通过构建一个包容, 互助的在线社区, 来强化村民之间的联系, 同时为那些身处异地的游子提供一个思乡的港湾. 我们致力于通过分享有价值的资讯, 故事和活动, 让每一位成员都能感受到家的温暖, “葫芦顶社区” 不仅仅是一个信息分享平台, 更是一个充满爱和回忆的集体家园, 让每个人都能找到属于自己的位置.

Background: The origin of “Pertang Community” can be traced back to the year 2008. Facebook was just emerging at that time. By seizing that opportunity, we created this community group aiming to provide a communication platform for our village residents. Our initial idea is to help villagers who are used to traditional lifestyles, especially the elderly villagers who just have started to get in touch with the Internet and Facebook, to gradually adapt to the digital age for convenience. We share diverse contents on a daily basis for our villagers to easily acquire village information, while promoting the use of the Internet towards their acceptance. As our community members increases, we further extended the functionality of the platform and created our homepage, a Facebook Page. In there, we will publish various information on a regular basis, aiming to allow those who are far away from home to feel comfortable like at home. As an overseas traveller, I myself know the feeling of homesickness. Therefore, with this homepage created will provide to our community members similar to me to feel warmth and connected.

Establishment: We officially established our “Pertang Village Website” in 2024, which is a new milestone for community’s presence on the online platform, aiming to broadly connect and serve our community members, no matter where they are.

Philosophy and Goals: Our core philosophy is to strengthen the connection between villagers by building an inclusive and mutually supportive online community, while providing for those living overseas an anchor for homesickness. We are committed to sharing valuable Information, stories and activities to allow every member to feel the warmth of our hometown. “Pertang Community” is not only an information sharing platform, but also a collective of lovely memories of our collective home, allowing everyone to find their own placement.
